We had a circuit tripping issue which Dan and his team diagnosed within 5 mins of coming through the door. Whilst some electricians come in, fix the problem and leave, without saying what they did, Dan and his team fully explained the problem, showed me how they tested and diagnosed it, and then fixed it. (They also charged less than was originally quoted.) It is this open and honest approach that means I'll have no qualms in using them for any future electrical work we may need.
