From the initial call I felt reassured that I was dealing with an honest and professional company. I was given a time slot, asked appropriate questions about my fault ( power cut in night 2am then fuse blown and fault on consumer unit meant no sockets working. Dan arrived within alloted time frame ( notified by text) completed a thorough investigation, diagnosed fault and fixed the issue, left me with power. Dan was conscientious, knowledgeable, and communicated fully during the visit ( I’d had another company out who tried to scam me into new consumer unit £1500) Dan worked hard and got my power back, fixed the faulty socket and checked the safety of my consumer unit for £180. I can’t recommend them highly enough , skilled and pleasant, took care and I felt comfortable as a lone woman. ( no fishing for business or over quoting for unnecessary work) Courtney in the office was incredible to deal with too! Best company, I won’t use anyone else now for electrical work!
